Shirley - The Fox Genology (p. 16,17,57-59) says Jacob Benner bought land from Fredrick Fox in Miamisburg (where the Dayton Mall now stands). His father, John Christian Benner (p 57), a blacksmith, landed in Philadelphia 1751, died in Maryland.
