A project seems to have started that can be located through Google, using project and DNA and family as well as Benjamin. Only one person seems to have signed up so far. YSearch indicates, when you check the name, that a handful of people with the Benjamin surname have tested their DNA and then posted the results. If you use the existing Benjamin project you get a discounted price, so it is desirable, and you can then post the results on YSearch to get matches (if any) regardless of surname. At least 25 markers should be used if you want to locate relatives, although the "experts" now seem to favor 37 or more markers for testing. The simplest 12 marker test probably gives an adequate clue to the "haplogroup", which is an indicator that the all-male line is typically Western European (having migrated in prehistoric days from central Asia) or likely goes back to Jews in Biblical days, as quite a few Benjamins likely do.
