I found a deed for a land sale in Halifax Co., VA DB2, pgs. 241-242: Col. William Wynne of Antrim Parish, Halifax Co. to John Binum, Sen'r. of the same Parish & county, 565 ac. on 20th November 1760. Does anyone know who this John Binum/Benham Senr. is? I was wondering if there is any connection to John Benham who died in Washington Co., VA in 1800. Thanks for any help.
