I don't have anything about Leona Benge and Paul Burton.
What I do have is:
William Henry Benge married Margaret "Maggie" Harpold.
I have the following children: Harold V., George, Alma, M. Omer, Alice, Dallas, and Bernice Benge. All the children were supposedly born in Tipton Co, Indiana. I am either missing Leona or Leona is the same person as Alma.
William Henry Benge's parents were Robert Benge and Elizabeth (Huffer) Floid. Elizabeth Huffer was a half sister to my great-father Frederick Huffer.
Robert and Elizbeth Benge had 5 children: George Huffer , William Henry, Phoebe A., Martha Ellen, and Pearl E. Benge.
Robert Benge's parents were Obediah Benge and Eliza Jennie Goodwin.
Obediah and Eliza Benge had at least 8 children: Geneva, Harriet, Martha, Samuel, Robert, Dorighert,James Thomas and William Martin Benge.
Eliza died before 1868 and Obediah Benge married Catherine Mila Strawn on 29 Jan 1868. They had one son named John J. Benge born in 1869.
After Obediah Benge died in 1874. His second wife Catherine Mila Strawn married my 3rd great grandfather George Simpson in 1876.
