Do you have info on any cousins of John Christian Benfer?

I have Jonathan George Benfer: b. 21 Mar 1745, Lower Palatinate Province, Germany; d. 23 Apr 1818, New Berlin, Union, Pennsylvania; m. 1766, Berks County, Pennsylvania to Mary Catherine Schnarf. Jonathan came from Baden, Germany on the British Ship "Betsy" arriving in Philadelphia & took the British oath of allegiance on 13 Oct 1766.
