My Benedict is Mary Benedict who married William Henry Benedict and had son SMITH
Edward Seymour. I have no idea where Mary came from but William is from New Milford Ct. and SMITH was born 11 July 1859 in Wilton,Fairfield Ct. and died Danbury Ct.
Think there may be a connection?,afterall, SMITH is a uncommon first name.
