The Book "Benedict Family in America" Vol I, pg 24 has them, Sarah born Southold LI, NY, this says m. 1679 to James Beebe of Stratford. Settled in Danbury 1685. Son James, b. Norwalk, 1682, was a deacon of the church in Danbury. Sarah was daughter of Thomas Benedict, b 1617 and Mary Bridgum, 1640?
