i found this on hertiage quest for you.
joseph married joanna northrop whose father is benajah northrop. she was born dec 23, 1792; she died dec 28, 1860.
joseph died july 28,1838 ridgefield,ct.
samuel goodrich born dec 10, 1810 md elizabeth crane of newark, nj. samuel died july 24, 1844. they move to portland,ind. there is alot more information but i don't know what you still need. the information was taken from the genealogy of the benedicts in america. written by henry marvin benedict. hope this helps! good luck in your search.
