I believe we have the same people. I would very much like to share information. AND you have picutres? That's fantastic. Let me tell you a little about their descendants and make sure we are still talking about the same folks.
Charles Benedict was born 17 Jun 1788 in Vermont. Died 10 May 1857 in Cedar Springs (where is that? Vermont?) I do have the record that he married Mary Burwell on the 12 of April 1820 in Elgin, Kent County, Ontario, Canada. They have 6 children in my record: Elijah, Hannah, James, Mary,Charles and Ann. I do need more information about Mary. Having only the birth date, no place, and no death date.
Charles married Saphronia 22 Dec 1835 in Elgin. I believe the reason I have her down as Smith and not Crawford. Her first husband's name was Samuel Crawford. So, I believe that Smith is her maiden name and Crawford her married name, or do I have it backwards? I have her birth date 28 Feb 1803 in CT. I have 5 children for them: Sarah Ann, Louisa, Elizabeth, Elisha, Elias. My line goes through Sarah Ann, who married William Henry Pardo. My line continues through their daughter, Sarah Emmeline Pardo, who married Angus Ralph Crow. (Have pictures for both of these people). Their daughter, Annie Laura Crow was my Great Grandmother. I have extensive information about this line, coming forward from Charles Benedict, however I cannot seem to extend the line. Can you?
