Dear Jerry:

I hope your the Jerry I am looking for. I went to the Bebrook, Texas web site and saw a source reference to a Jerry Benbrook in the end notes to the Benbrook History page. I just started my family research and do not have a lot of info but I was hoping you would be able to fill in some blanks. My lack of information is embarassing so let me apologize in advance. My mother is the youngest child of James Ezekial Benbrook and Lucille Florence Francis. My mother is Barbara Alleane Benbrook of New Albany, In. My grandfather died in the 80's due to complications with Parkinson's disease, but I do not know the exact date he was born or died. He and my grandmother had four other children who are 1. James Allen Benbrook 2. Thomas Edward Benbrook 3. Betty Jane Benbrook 4. Bonnie Louella Benbrook. All of New Albany, In. My grandmother, Lucille, was born July 14, 1910 and is still living in New Albany. My mother told me that some years ago, my uncle Tom went to Benbrook, Texas to visit the historic home of James M. Benbrook who she says was her Great grandfather or something or other. Other things that I can tell you about my grandparents is that they were married for over 50 years and are originally from and met in either North Carolina or South Carolina. My grandfather has siblings and/or neices and nephews from Princton, In. Please let me know if you can help me in my research.

Thanks so much,
Bethany
