I would like to make contact with descendants of Maguel Benavides & Eleanor Catherine Askins married 27 Feb 1869 Karnes Co., TX. They were in Atascosa Co. in 1880 with children Josephine b. 1871; Louisa b. 1874 & Emmitt b. 1878. Last trace of Eleanor I've found is an affidavit sworn by her brother, Frank in Atascosa Co. dated 1915. At that time she was living in San Antonio. Would love to fill in this branch of the family and discover whether any descendants have record of her mother's name.
