I am not related but have adopted this family on behalf of another Belton I know. At first glance, it appears there were two Irish Belton families, but I am not convinced as the Webster surname appears as a middle name in one family, and the actual Webster is in the other family. Also both families appear to have been in upstate NY and moved to ON.
I have gedcoms, and some documentation on both families.
Have you seen the marker for Thomas b 1795 Co Wicklow IRE? It's on the web. I have saved a copy of it in my files.
