Looking for information on the following family. ROBERT LEO BELTON, son of JOHN BROWDER BELTON and SARAH ELIZABETH DEATHERAGE, and grand son of EWELL BELTON and
MARY SIMMONS. He was B:15 Sept., 1863 in Mt.Airy, NC. Married: OCTAVIA VICTORIA DUNCAN, in Mt.Airy,NC on 7 Nov., 1886. They had (6) children: (1)EARNEST CLEVELAND "CLEVE", B:14 Feb.,1888 in Mt.Airy,NC. Mar: SUSAN BELLE CHAPPELL. (2)ROBERT LEO JR., B:
2 Feb.,1890 in Mt.Airy NC. Mar: EMMA HILES.
(3)JAMES SPURGEON, B: 14 Apr. 1892 in Mt.Airy, NC. Mar: ETHEL LINEBACK. (4)MARY EVELYN "MAMIE", B: Jul.,1894 in Mt.Airy, NC.
Mar: JOHN O. DILLINGER. (5)ROY WILLIAM, B: Jan, 1897 in Mt.Airy, NC. Mar: MARGIE BOYD and ELLEN_______. (6)PAUL BYAN, B: 20 Jun., 1899 in Mt.Airy, NC.
This is my great grandfather, and CLEVE BELTON is my grandfather. Would like to exchange information have over 1500 names descended from this family.
