Beltons from Foulness Island, Essex

My husbands family came from Foulness Island, Essex, with his grandfather & great grandfather, both George Beltons, immigrating to Australia around 1911. Am interested in any information about Israel Belton, b. 1754; his sons William, b. 1788 & Israel b. 1793. Family records have my husbands line descending from William, but church records show the line coming from Israel. Any help would be appreciated. William was thought to be a Naval Officer & to have married Lady Anne Tennant (family story). Please email me if you have any connections to this part of the Belton tree. Robyn Belton.
