My grandfather was very proud of his Acadian heritage and wrote three very informative books on the exile and pilgrimage of the Acadians. I recently acquired a couple of cases of his last book "The Acadiana Miracle" printed in 1966 five years before his death. The book is packed with original census, ship rosters, militia rosters, etc. and is the only book of its kind ever written. The books are $100 plus shipping.
