When you look at the Greenville, SC census for 1850 there are two George (S. S.) Bellews on the census. One is G. S. Bellew family #608 and another George Bellew family #672...
G.S's first son is David, while George's fist son is Jacob...
Could this G. S. (later from the 1860 census as George), be the son of David who was in Greenville, SC around 1800?
Would any of the Bellew researchers know or have information on this G. S. #608 married to Sarah?
The other George #672 is right next to Noah, Reason, and Alfred... These Bellew men are much nearer to Jacob then G. S...
Could Old Jacob and David be brothers who settled in the Greenville, SC area in the early 1800's?
