My Gr-Grandmother was Terecia Ann Savanah Josephine Cordelia (Sis) Bellew-Payne. She had a brother named Winnie Bellew, they lived in Gadsden, Alanbama. Sis Bellew
was married to John Henderson Payne they were from Habersham County (Cornelia) GA. I beleive Sis and Winnie
were close. At one time I had a pic of Winnie Bellew and
John (Henderson) Payne. I hope this information helps you, would love to talk more with you,
