I'm sure that many of us have corrected those who have bungled the pronunciation of our last name. How do YOU pronounce "Bellew?" Two of my family members visited Mount Bellew, County Galway, Ireland recently. A resident of the town said that the locals pronounce the name "BAY-yoo." Interesting, huh? We say "beh-LOO."
