"STREET COMMISSIONERS NOTICE. -- Notice is hereby given to the owners of hogs, who suffer the same to run at large in the village of Newburgh, within the following bounds, to wit: East of west bounds of Liberty-street, north of the south bounds of the Newburgh and Cochecton Turnpike Road, and south of the north bounds of Clinton-street, that after the 22d day of April instant, the Ordinance of the village in relation to hogs will be regularly enforced; that hogs found at large after said date within said bounds will be impounded, and that in addition to the Pound fees and expenses, the owners will be compelled to pay the penalty of "seventy five cents" [italics] for ever [sic] hog so suffered to run at large.
