Looking for info on Chauncey BELKNAP. He was born abt. 1870-71 in or around Newburgh, Orange Co. NY. He married in the early 1890s to Margaret Collins. They had several children: Bessie, William Harold, Chauncey, Edward and Margaret. I am trying to find parents for him. I suspect it may be Israel Belknap of Marlboro, Ulster Co NY but not sure. I find Chauncey on the 1900 US census in Newburgh but cannot seem to find the family on the 1910 or the 1920 US Census. I do know that son W. Harold Belknap died in WWI in France in 1918. Son Chauncey was living in Jersey City NJ in 1929 when he died but can't find him on any census either. Wife Margaret died in 1936. All are buried in Calvary Cemetery in New Windsor, Orange Co. NY. Any help appreciated.
