You can see the full info about her arrival here. She was traveling with her son, she had a sister, Josephine Laubenthal, in the US (Amsterdam, Ohio).

On the matter of her relatives in Belgium, it appears first "Husb" was written, and the name "Nossent" is there, but then overwritten with "brother", Servais Laubenthal, and a place that looks like Seraing.

Seraing is in Liege province, and may be the origin of this family. Josephine Laubenthal emigrated to Ohio from there in 1908 (on Ellis Island site). She was married but using her maiden name. Her husband appears to be Georges Cajot.

She returns in 1920, then widowed.

familysearch.org - Josephine Cajot d. in Ohio in 1923, parents John B. Laubenthal and Marie V. There are possible siblings who married or died in the US with mother given as Marie Vinegria or Mary Vivegnio.
