Reta,

I'me 69 years and have 44 years of genealogy (on and of) and would like to give everybody a bit of encourigement by providing a link to their roots in the old countries. Does this make me a donkey because of my age?

One of the things i do is, when i see a lady with telltale physical expression of pregnacy, i intreduce myself as a genealogist and ask her not to follow modern trends by giving their kids only 1 christion name. I advice them to take the callname of the 4 grandsparents and include their own name of choice, ending so with atleast 5 chistian names. This gives a much better opportunety for future genealogist to discover their fore-elters. This gives also the kids when not satisfied with their given name, to take one of the other names in prefference.

Victor
