Inhabitant of Ave Emile Verhaeren in 1944

My father was in the British Army that liberated Brussels in 1944. I Found a photograph of him in a house in Brussels having tea with a belgian family. On the back of the photograph is written the following :- "After a delightful family supper with our good fellows Bob (my dad) and Ellis. Famile *fua*ae**(I cannot read the name). 99 Ave Emile Verhaeren Brussels. 1944" Is there any way I could find out who was living at this address in 1944? I could send a scan of the photo and writing on the reverse if it helps.
