Hello,

My Uncle is a WW2 Vet and flew with the RCAF, stationed in England with Squadron 429. On June 12, 1943 he was shot down over Ophoven, Belgium. In Eisden he connected with the Belgium Resistance. He was transported to Hasselt to the home of Florent BIERNAUX and Olympe DOBY BIERNAUX. From there he was taken to Liege, Belgium to Dr. Georges ETIENNE (born 1882) and his wife Robertine Marie-Pauline LABHAYE (born 1900 in Kortessem). They had a daughter named Ivette/Yvette ETIENNE born 1921. The address in 1943 was 32 Rue Fabry, Liege, Belgium. Parents of Georges ETIENNE are Louis ETIENNE and Josephine MOHR/MOHN and lived at Rue Sous le Chateau in Huy, Belgium. Parents of Robertine LABHAYE ETIENNE were Antoi/Antoin LABHAYE and Jeanne DUMONT of Avenue des Arts 3, Bruxelles.

Any assistance or advice in finding information on these families or relatives would be wonderful.

Thank you.
