My husbands Grandmother (Valorie Anna Eckhout) come to the Missouri, in Kansas city area from Belgium abt 1900 with her uncle whom I do not know the name of and her sister no name there either. Her brother was already in the Missouri area not sure when her come over. buy by 1903 he was killed and 6 months later her sister died. Not sure what ever happen to the uncle. By the time I was in stated family research his grandmother was gone.
I hope to find some Eckhout's from Belgium or maybe a connection to this family but not sure how. she named her son's Harry david and Ralph Francis so those could of been family names.
