The place is called Quévy-le-Grand (and of course there is also a nearby Quévy-le-Petit). These places are today united in the single commune Quévy (Hainaut province).
Quévy-le-Grand is 10 Km south of Mons, some 2 km of the French border, some 30 km East of the French city Valenciennes, some 8 km North of the French city Maubeuge.
Quévy is also the Belgian border station on the international railway line Brussels-Paris.
You may find references to good maps on my webpage

Michelin maps 213 or 214 (scale 1:200000) might be fine.
Best regards,
