Wrote to immigration and found the following informationon Charles
Ship--Finland sailing from Antwerp 29 Aug 1903 arriving at Port of New York, 8 Sept. 1903 Microfilm Publications-T-715,Roll 390, Page 8
age 57, Last residence-Lodeliusart; Final destination, Brookvilee, Pa. whether in US before and if so when 1896-1903 Going to join wife A. Hachat. Son Leon age 23, single was with him.
I assume that Charles was visiting family in Lodeliusart .
Anna, Charles wife did not come to US until a year or two later.1897-98
Daughter Anna was back in Belgium as she is listed with husband Alphonse LeFevre in 1902 coming from Jumet to McKean Co., Pa. Anna 26, and Alphonse 28. Anna and Alphonse sailed on the ship Friesland.
I have just found out also that in the 1900 Census of McKean Co. Pa it lists Anna with having 9 children, 5 of which are living.
So I now have to look for 4 more children. Assuming that they died in Belgium.
