My great uncle who became a ward of Dr. Barnardo's in England was stated in their records as being born in Antwerp. He was born on either April 2 or August 2 in 1896. He would be registered as "Augustus Frederick Cokayne" or perhaps as "Augustus Frederick Youngman". His father would likely be Edward Francis Phillips Cokayne and his mother was known as Fanny Emma Cokayne or Fanny Emma Youngman (nee Evans). I am interested in obtaining his birth certificate. Any look-ups or information would be greatly appreciated.
