I would like to find out who Martha Elizabeth Ballou/Ballew's parents might be. There are various spellings of her last name. Ballou--Ballew--Balleu etc.
She was married to Hezekiah Raney Coleman. Our understanding was they married in Union Co SC in 1811. Later they moved to Itawamba Co MS. He died in 1854 and she died 1878. So far I have not found where either is buried but told both are buried together in Itawamba Co MS.
Any help on this line would be greatly appreciated.
