Union Co SC Will Book A pgs 84-86:
The Will of Renny Belue, Sr. - December 17, 1797:
In the name of God, Amen. I, Renny Belue of Union County in the state of South Carolina, being very sick and weak at present, but of a perfect and sound mind and memory, thanks be to God, therefore calling to mind the mortality of my body and that it is appointed that all men once to die, do make and ordain this my last will and testament that is to say principally and first of all I give and recommend my soul into the hand of God that gave it and for my body I recommend it to the earth to be buried in a Christian and decent manner at the direction of my executors and touching such worldly estate as it hath pleased God bless me with in this life I give, devise and dispose of in the following manner and form
First, I give and bequeath unto Ann my wife the sum of one dollar and whereas she has eloped from me and left me in my sickness and been gone some time and has formerly transgressed in such like manner and has practised dealing greatly to my loss and disadvantage and for other good causes me thereto moving I do deny her being a wife to me and hereby debar her from any further claim to any part of my estate as by dower or otherwise
Second, my will is that all my estate both real and personal of what nature and kind soever, be sold at public vendue giving twelve months credit with sufficient and approved security and the moneys arising from the said sale with all other just debts due to me that can be recovered. I direct to disposed of in the following manner that is that the said moneys after all my just debts and other expenses is discharged by equally divided between my nine children, namely Zechariah, Reuben, Susan, Renny, Sarah, Judith, Elisabeth, Jesse and William, and I give and bequeath the said sum to each of them or their heirs
And I do hereby consitute ordain and appoint my three trusty and well beloved sons, Zechariah, Reuben and Renny Belue to be the executors of this my last will and testament
And I do hereby utterly disallow, revoke and disanul all other former will, testament, legacys and executors by me in any wise willed named or bequeathed, ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal This seventienth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety seven
Signed, sealed, published, pronounced and declared by the said Renny Belue as his last will and testament in the presence of us the subscribers

Union Co SC Will Book A, pg 52:
Will of Nancy Belue of Union District ... My negro girl Claris to Clayton Stribling for which he must pay all my just debts; my mare and colt, saddle and bridle, bed and trunk to Patience Jones (also I mean to give my best clothing to Mrs. Wilbourn meaning Capt. Wilbourn's wife, also Mrs. Tilman, Aaron Tilman's wife shall have some of my courser clothing, But Mrs. Wilbourn my silks in particular I give) (remainder blank and not signed)

Union Co SC Will Book A pgs 110-112:
Will of Reuben Belew of Union District ... to my wife Mary Belew, all that plantation of 150 acres whereon I now live so long as she shall remain my widow; to my son Thomas, brown colt which he claims; to my son John, the first colt that my brown mare brings; my said sons Thomas and John to have their horses at the age of nineteen; to each of my other sons one horse, as they shall each arrive to the age of nineteen years; to each of my daughters that are now single, a share of the money from sale of estate; wife and friend W. Palmer, exrs., 4 Oct 1806. Reuben Belue (Seal). Wit: Daniel Holland, Aaron Springer, Renny Belue (X). Proved by Aron Springer, and Mary Belue and Wm Palmer qualified as exrs., 8 Oct 1806.

Union County ?Probate Court? pgs 108-110:
1 Apr 1799, In the name of God, Amen. Renny Belew of Union Co., planter, being very sick and weak at present ... Enough property to be sold to pay debts and funeral expenses. Remainder of Estate, either Real or Personal, to my will beloved wife Keziah Belew for her natural life for support and bringing up of my children. At her death remainder of estate to be divided equally between my children, namely, Sarah, Isabell, Lydia, George, Elizabeth, Rebecca, Isaac, Joseph & Jonathan Belew. If wife should have a child heir of my body, the same to have an equal share with the brothers and sisters above mentioned. If wife should marry, all children under age to be put our to such convenient places as executors think best for the good of the children, and my wife to have her bed and furnitiure and my brown mare, and remainder of estate both real and personal to be sold and the money used for the benefit of my children, equally divided amongst them as they come to the age of 21 years or marry. My wife and my brother Reuben Belew to be executors.. Revolked all former wills. Dated 29 October 1798. Wits: Jesse Liles, Daniel Carrell, Zachariah Belew /s/ Renney Belew (LS) Keziah Belew and Reuben Belew, appointed executors come into court and were qualified.
