On 4-10-1815 Obadiah Belcher (see my comments on another reply) sold one acre to the Methodist Church. The church Officials were Samuel Shy Henry Ware, Jaames Hodges, Adam Mayberry and Jerimiah Lumsden. Book A page 402 Jasper Co Ga.
They lived in the same area and both came from Virginia my guess is that the person you are looking for is Obadiah's sister. The ages would match. We can't go earlier than Obadiah.
