The info I have is that Obediah Belcher was married Martha Prince on 8 Feb 1815 in Giles County, Virginia. His father, Isham Belcher, mentioned Obediah in his will dated 17 December 1822 (Tazewell County, W.B.1, pg 181 - probated Jan 28, 1823). Isham Belcher was born 13 October 1769 in Bedford County, Virginia.
