Thought I'd post this and see if anyone may know more.

My GGrandfather was Howard B. Belcher b. 1898 in LA. His father was Ruben B. Belcher b. May, 1861 in Arkansas or Louisana. His wife was named Mary in the 1910, 1920, and 1930 censuses. I'm looking for any info on either Ruben or Mary.
