I am trying to identify the parents of Malinda Belcher who was born in Indiana about 1838/39 and married William Hart May 29, 1856 in Scottsville, Macoupin County, Illinois.
At the time of the 1850 Census she was living with the family of Margaret Howard.
She died in 1923 and is buried in Hartland Cemetery, Hart's Prairie, Morgan County, Illinois.

Any assistance would be greatly appeciated.
