There are four gens. of Gilberts including Sarah,b.1710/11,Lebanon,CN,d.1796, who married Thomas Carter (grandson of Rev. Thomas, 1st immigrant)b.13June1686,WoburnMA,d.12Nov1772Litchfield,CN. We wonder if Frances Belcher is connected to the Gregory Belcher of Braintree who appears to be a well documented 1st immigrant.
