HELP! Town in Minsk: Buckiewitsche?

HELP! Has anyone heard of a town in Minsk, Russia that is close in spelling to Buckiewitsche or Buchiewitsche or Bjckivwitsche? And, if so, any ideas of where civil and/or church records of the town may be obtained?
