Belarus info hard to find!

Posting this as a secondary message to previous one about Mironick.

I have tried everything on-line, chats, email groups (got flamed for asking too many questions), newspapers (not in English). Cannot even find an address to write to Belarus for records. We know there were living relatives in Belarus. Is there no way to even list an ad in a paper? Some of them must be wondering where there granparents, aunts, uncles are in the U.S. The only people I have found on-line are just the ones in the U.S. like us, looking for info.

Any help or ideas appreciated.
