Would Belorus name be Krachko or Kreczko

On my grandfather's marriage license, his name is listed as Climenty Crachko, however in the spot at the bottom where the Russian Orthodox priest signed- he listed my Grandfater's name as Climenty Krachko. On my mother's birth certificate, which was filled out by a midwife who had my Grandmother's name spelled almost correctly, she lists his name as Klomans Kreczko. My mother changed the family name to Krechko when she started school. I tried ship's records but was unsuccessful. I know he came to America in 1913- 1914 and I know that he came to Baltimore. I know also that he came from Ostrowa, Russia. Any suggestions?
