Maybe this could be wrong, but my assumption is that Rozovsky and Razhavsky are probably two slightly different versions of the same name. Maybe Rozovsky is the Russian pronunciation and Razhavsky is the Ukrainian or the Belarusian pronunciation.

Anyhow, I would be very grateful if you'd reply to me through private email so I can send you a short version of our family tree.
