Hello,
I have been looking for info on Belarus, it is hard to come by. On my great-great grandfathers naturalization he puts Peter Kof(sic) as his birth place. After weeding through all the possibilities I think this is the place. How does one find a civil record of his birth. I am unsure of his religion. He was born in 1860. Can you write to the archives? In what language? Any help would be appreciated.
