I amlooking for my family.
My Russian family is from Dubno and Grodno, Russia
Our family name here is spelled Sedach
In Russian it looks like Cegar
My family and their friends came to the USA post-world war I.
Most of them settled in Westford, Massachusetts (Forge Village)
Many of them owned the local grocery stores - including my family - Sedach's market in (Forge Village) Westford, MA. Also the Grodno Coop in Graniteville.
Sad to say my dad died before he could meet his Russian family; but my son Nicholas has developed a love of his ancestry and the desire to make contact and re-establish a relationship.
He is a college student studing history and the Russian language. He will be studying at St. Petersburg Institute in the fall. We would love to have family members to contact. We know they are there!!! And we want them to know we are looking for them.
