My grandmother Sarah (Sore) EPSTEIN, born 1900 in Nevolozh or Slutsk to Michael EPSTEIN, born 1870s and Anna ROTHMAN, his 2nd wife, born 1885. (Anglicized versions of names). Michael may have been a rabbi. Anna was the sister of his deceased 1st wife. She was the same age as her oldest stepson.
Sarah emigrated to NYC,USA in 1913. About 5 of her siblings were already here. One brother moved to Connecticut.
