Some evidence that Clan: Yakubovskye , a Count Michal Jakubowski, father Fortunat Jakubowski could be involved, a small village south of Lubin Poland (Raszowka) is very close to the Czech border, under the Bishopric of Posen. This village could be the birthplace of Lucian or his father Christain.Descendants of this family were very religious, very close ties to the Catholic Church, some were given privileges to land owned by the Bishopric of Warmia (Kulmerland).
Lucian's presence in Pogost or Pagost has several meanings; to find work, to escape the persecution of State, "Kulturkampf", or to distance himself from the terrible situation of France, Prussia (Austria-Hungary) & Russia.Good reasons to leave via the Port at Libau Latvia. in 1913.
