Hello, Heidi!

I looked throught Internet and found that if was village called Evangelevichi in Belarus. Hard to describe where it was exactly but I also found that it was airfield called Evagelevichi during WW2, it was situated 30 km far from town of Slutsk (it is located in 100 km to the south of Minsk). I also found that it was so called Romanovskaya sloboda (kind of district in a city) in Minsk. so maybe the owner of passport was from Minsk directly of from Slutsk region of Minsk oblast. If you need more detailed info I can ask my belorussian friends to find something else about this place.

Best regards
