Hi,

Golshany and Olshany are actually two different places in Belarus.

There is St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Golshany, and there isn't one Olshany.

Golshany (or Halshany when transliterated from original Belarusian rather then Russian): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halshany

Can't find the street level address, it might not have one. But it is a small village with a huge church and a monastery so you can just use:

St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Golshany, Oshmjany distr, Grodno region, 231120, Belarus.

In Russian: Костел Иоанна Крестителя, Гродненская область, Ошмянский район, д. Гольшаны. 231120 Беларусь.
