I am especially interested in finding other families from BREST or KOBRIN (KOBRYN) in BELARUS. BREST (old name BREST-LITOVSK) is a Polish border city, and KOBRIN is about 40 km east of BREST. The area was part of POLAND for many years. My grandfather emigrated to the U.S. in 1913 from KOBRIN. Another Minnesota family the NAVTZENY'S also came from KOBRIN.
