Hyman Fredkin information, Volkovisk (Grodno region)

Hello,

I am looking for information on my great-grandfather, Hyman Fredkin. I discovered recently that he is from Volkovisk because it was on his WWI draft card. He was born around 1879 (+/- 1 yr) and came to the US between 1904 and 1907. He married Miriam Kaplan around the same time, but I'm not sure if that was before or after they emigrated. Any information on this family would be very helpful.
