Hi Gena,

Thanks so much for replying to my request. But I don't know how to look at the sound file. I'm new at the computer. I can pass on that I found a early marriage record of this man's sister and it says her maiden name was Leanowicz. She too was born in Minsk. So "Chessik" or "Chezik" last name was probably spelled this way at birth. Is there a very big listing for people by that name in Minsk? I'll try to find out how to check the sound file.
