Those records are kept at the District Archives/RAGS. You will need a PRIVACY RELEASE for any documents that are less than 75 yrs old. You can obtain it thru you nearest Belarus Embassy or Consulate. I am not sure what the cost is. It can't be all that much??? Once you obtain the release, you can then contact:
