Help finding relatives from Grodno?

Tim, you've got to think out of the box on surnames! I put in Omelianchik in Ellis Island and found several soundalike
as: Ignat Omilanzik from Grodno. And there were others. Now
I put in "Omil*" in
surnames in Poland, many living in Bialystok, just west of
Grodno. Some with endings...czik. Go to Rymut's and put in
the wildcards, "Omil*", then "Omel*", etc using the * wild-
card letter or groups of letters. Pick up from there. First
click on right hand corner, 'Slownik Nazwisk', then type in
the wildcard surname, e.g "Omil*", "Omel*", etc.. Click on
"skrotow" for full names of provinces shown as 2 letters.
"Powodzenia, pan!!!"
